The Project:
Customized event elements for the Manila activation of the Walt Disney Special Events Group’s Mickey’s Christmas Adventures at CyberCity show.
Design Notes:
We were commissioned by local Disney licensee Fun Characters, Inc. to tweak certain elements of the Walt Disney Special Events Group Australia’s existing show. Overall design direction was set by Fun Characters’ internal creative team, and all comps and scripts were cleared both with them and the visiting Australian Disney reps.
Designs were developed from templates provided by Disney (Illustrator .EPS files, fonts.)
Stage at the entrance, prior to the opening of the exhibit hall.
Disc designs for the main computer’s “activation” and the opening of CyberCity.
Interior layout of tunnel leading into CyberCity.
The main directory at the entrance, showing the layout of the entire activation. We also took care of the scripting, casting and production of the Hip Hop Hooray musical show at the main stage.

New modules specific to the Manila activation:
A “frozen lake” of mirrored perspex with a snow machine above it.
Wall climb for the Expedition area.
